CLUES’ Youth in Action (YA!) Program empowers Latino youth to achieve their dreams and become strong leaders in their communities. Through participating in YA!, students build upon their leadership, teamwork and communication skills, become familiar and comfortable with the college application process, and cultivate strong, personal relationships with adult mentors.​

Since the program began eight years ago, a remarkable 100% of YA! students have graduated high school and 87% entered college—rates significantly higher than the state average for Latino high school graduation, currently 66%.
